It offers 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, a firepit for those cozy winter evenings, a ping pong table for friendly tournaments, and 3 different common areas for your group to gather and enjoy Mudgee's finest food and wine. Two extra features are the free EV chargers and wonderful electric fireplace. The property boasts modern amenities and is designed to provide a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests.

This room has been made for accessibility with lower light switches, light switch and aircon control by the bedhead, wider openings, accessible sink, accessible toilet and accessible shower with extra grab rails. There is also a ramp outside this room.

Free EV Charging
Between 7am and 5pm daily
Enjoy the convenience of free EV charging available from 7am to 5pm. With our extensive solar panel installation we're able to offer this service, making it easy for you to charge your vehicle while you go about your day!
Charging services are unavailable between 5pm to 7am. Paid options are not available. (Paid options in town)
Charging cables not supplied. Please bring your own charging cable to keep your vehicle powered.

The 7th Bathroom
The seventh bathroom features a relaxing bath perfect for kids or adults looking to unwind. It's an ideal spot to escape if your room partner is taking a bit too long in the shower. Enjoy some peaceful moments in this well-appointed space!
The 7th Toilet
An additional toilet for visiting guests of our guests, ensuring personal bathrooms remain private and comfortable. This space is designed for your convenience.
Split System AC
Mudgee House has ducted air in the main living areas, but each room has its own split system AC unit. Control the temperature in your space for a personalised and relaxing stay. Experience the perfect balance of shared warmth and individual comfort.
Fire Pit
Cozy up in winter around the fire pit. Add firewood to your booking and enjoy the warmth and ambiance as you gather with friends and family under the stars. Don't forget to bundle up for a perfect night by the fire!
Laundry
Mudgee House's laundry includes a washing machine, dryer, laundry basket & pegs and mop & bucket. A trolley is provided for convenient transportation of your laundry. Take advantage of our indoor clothes rack or outdoor clothesline for drying items.

Guests can enjoy the convenience of accessing the property without the hassle of a physical key. Simply input the code, and you're in—it's that easy! Experience seamless check-ins and enhanced security during your stay.
Backup Batteries
Mudgee House is well-prepared for blackouts, ensuring the lights throughout the whole house will stay on along with the power points in the main living areas. Power will not be available in the bedrooms, so it’s best to avoid opening the mini-fridge during these times. (This is of course until the batteries run low waiting for the sun to recharge them).
BBQ
Enjoy outdoor cooking at Mudgee House with the 6 burner BBQ, perfect for hosting groups. Whether grilling burgers, veggies or meat, this spacious BBQ has you covered. Gather your friends and family for a delicious meal together.
Bluetooth Speaker
Enjoy your favourite music or podcasts together. Just a friendly reminder to please keep the volume at a respectful level. Sound carries, and we like to keep our neighbours happy too!

Portacot (105×76×79 cm) with breathable mesh sides. (May need to bring a baby mattress if you don't like the kind that come with these portacots) Easy to assemble and pack down. Meets AS/NZS 2195 safety standards. One less big thing to pack!
